Can I have a matching shirt with my tumbler?
Definitely! If the design is not already listed, email us and let us know.
Can my order be canceled?
It depends on the stage of your order. If the items started to be processed or the order is about to be fulfilled and packed for shipping, we can not guarantee a cancelation.
What if I need to update the address on my order?
Send us an email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, we will try our best to correct the address on your order before shipping it out. Still, we would not be able to guarantee a change if the order is on its way to the carrier drop off point or already in transit.
Do you utilize third party company to print your products?
Not at this time, all items are customized and/or printed at the time the orders are placed by us.

SHIPPING
Does ECA offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. Since our store offers a "Print-On-Demand" service, design is placed on the item for your specific order and it needs time to be prepared and processed. Therefore, the service wouldONLYexpedite the transit time after the order has been dropped off at the shipping carrier. If you still desire expedited shipping on your order, you can send us an email prior to placing your order and we will try to accommodate. Note that extra shipping charges will be added to your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
This is being worked on and we will display an update on the Home Page once it happens.
Returns
Why would ECA not accept my return?
We prepare the items as per your request. Customer has to ensure that all designs, details, sizes, "add on" text and selected options are as desired. We would not accept any returns unless it is defective or damaged.
