REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Some products are custom-made, crafted specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for instances such as entering the wrong address at checkout, ordering the wrong size, design, or product. We strongly advise reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Please note that all sales are FINAL.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect it for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If you discover any issues with your item, including receiving the wrong product, please contact us immediately via email. You have up to 5 days from the delivery date to notify us of any such issues, and accompanying pictures will be required for claims processing. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will result in an inability to address the issue.
Please be aware that ECA's policies do not extend to orders containing third-party addresses or shipments via freight forwarders. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests related to these types of orders. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier service center, ECA relinquishes responsibility for the order/shipment.
