Definitely! If the design is not already listed, email us and let us know.
It depends on the stage of your order. If the items started to be processed or the order is about to be fulfilled and packed for shipping, we can not guarantee a cancelation. See our policies HERE.
Send us an email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, we will try our best to correct the address on your order before shipping it out. Still, we would not be able to guarantee a change if the order is on its way to the carrier drop off point or already in transit. See our policies HERE.
Not at this time, all items are customized and/or printed at the time the orders are placed by us.
Shipping
Not at this time. Since our store offers a "Print-On-Demand" service, design is placed on the item for your specific order and it needs time to be prepared and processed. Therefore, the service would ONLY expedite the transit time after the order has been dropped off at the shipping carrier. If you still desire expedited shipping on your order, you can send us an email prior to placing your order and we will try to accommodate. Note that extra shipping charges will be added to your order.

Returns
We prepare the items as per your request. Customer has to ensure that all designs, details, sizes, "add on" text and selected options are as desired. We would not accept any returns unless it is defective or damaged. See our policies HERE.
